Service scope

ListingSail provides a Windows companion, directory research and campaign tools, licensed MCP access and a separate hosted workspace. It assists with preparing accurate submissions and supported automated routes. It is not a promise of directory acceptance, a backlink, search indexing, ranking, traffic or revenue.

The catalog contains research candidates, dated observations and unavailable routes. Official destination rules can change. Recheck current eligibility, prices and terms before an attempt.

Monthly software subscriptions

Standard is $29 USD per month for one device and five websites. Agency is $79 USD per month for three devices and 50 websites. The checkout displays the amount and applicable billing details before you pay. AI-provider usage and third-party directory fees are separate.

Stripe processes live monthly subscriptions. Access follows a confirmed payment, current paid period and device entitlement; returning from checkout alone is not payment confirmation. Expired, revoked or unconfirmed access pauses licensed automation without deleting local work.

Billing and cancellation

Use authenticated Billing and the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment methods and cancellation of future renewal. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or local files. Canceling future renewal is distinct from a refund of a billed period.

For payment questions, contact support@listingsail.com. For a question about a completed charge, include its invoice reference and keep card details out of your message.

Separate free web accounts

The Free hosted plan provides up to ten new directory units per UTC calendar month, shared across the account’s websites. Unused units do not roll over. Email confirmation is required before requesting work. This plan does not include a paid desktop license.

A new service request reserves one unit. A newly confirmed manual submission consumes a unit if no request reserved it. Drafts and updates to the same website-directory pair do not consume an extra unit. Cancellation and corrections do not erase historical usage. Audited administrative adjustments remain possible.

Your facts and permissions

Supply accurate facts and materials you have permission to publish. Review imported public content before using it. Grant publication and account creation separately for the intended website. A saved prompt, an AI suggestion or an available tool is not authorization.

Payments, backlink installation, website modifications and binding terms require the relevant human decision. Interactive CAPTCHA, 2FA, ownership checks and unsupported sign-in remain human handoffs. Explicitly authorized supported account flows may generate and reuse protected, unique directory credentials, as explained in the privacy notice. Do not use the software to evade destination restrictions, impersonate someone or submit misleading claims.

Submission states and evidence

Draft, needs-human, received for review and live are different states. A real receipt can support a pending submission. Publication requires a reviewed public URL and human attestation. Inspect uncertain outcomes before any retry and avoid duplicate submissions.

Popularity ranks and read-only HTTP checks describe their recorded observation only. They do not prove a working submission route, current free pricing, traffic or publication. Paid and restricted destinations may require a manual route.

Third-party accounts and software updates

Use your own authorized directory and AI-provider accounts. Their fees, quotas, availability and rules still apply. Supported directory connections do not create paid upgrades for you. Protect your Windows account, keys and credentials.

Official installed copies can receive verified updates automatically when idle; the setting can be disabled. Portable/source copies require manual installation. Keep needed exports and records before removing the software or its private workspace.
